Job Description:

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.

The Senior CSM will be a high-impact strategic partner, driving exceptional service and value realization for our most prominent global clients. We are looking for a commercial consultant and client champion who can navigate the complexities of international account management while ensuring our partners achieve maximum ROI on their digital spend. The ideal candidate is someone who pairs deep AdTech expertise with the strategic mindset required to nurture and grow relationships enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for global accounts, acting as the primary lead for both internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions.

  • Value Realization & ROI: Act as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, leveraging a deep understanding of IAS products to influence client performance and drive business value.

  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including forecasting key metrics, identifying upsell opportunities, and leading complex contract renewal negotiations.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams globally to ensure product activation is synchronized with overall account guidelines and client specifications.

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by channeling product feedback to internal teams and managing high-level issue escalations with poise.

  • Strategic Engagement: Lead executive business reviews, webinars, and training sessions, providing industry trend analysis to keep clients at the forefront of the digital media landscape.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain data integrity and track account health using internal tools to identify and mitigate churn risks proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in a client-facing role within an Agency, Brand, Publisher, or SaaS company, specifically managing large-scale international accounts.

  • Strategic Commercial Mindset: A service-oriented ethos with a keen understanding of the AdTech, SaaS, or MarTech ecosystems.

  • Enterprise Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in consulting and negotiating with high-profile global corporations (e.g., DAX 30), with a track record of portfolio growth.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, draw actionable conclusions, and translate them into strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth environment.

  • Communication Mastery: Ability to present complex technical concepts and industry trends to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.

Primary Location Base Pay Range:

$78,400.00 - $134,400.00 Annual

Additional Locations:

US - New York, NY

Additional Locations Pay Range:

88,900.00 - 152,400.00 USD Annual
