Account Manager (Electronics / Manufacturing)
Build lasting client relationships and drive growth in a high-tech environment
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key customer accounts and drive long-term partnerships. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth across electronics-based product development and manufacturing programs.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
- Partner with customers to understand needs, manage expectations, and identify growth opportunities
- Develop quotes, support ongoing programs, and coordinate schedules
- Collaborate with Program Managers to support new product development and design transfer projects
- Work with Business Development to win new business and expand existing accounts
- Monitor account performance, margins, and overall program success
- Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to team success
What You Bring
- 5+ years of account management experience (electronics or manufacturing preferred)
- Proven ability to grow and retain customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business concepts
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and operations teams
- Strong negotiation, organization, and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
