The customer success team at RTA is looking for an Customer Success Manager AKA Fleet Software Sherpa. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with customers to increase product adoption, achieve goals, and run successful fleets. This role makes sure that our customers have everything they need to successfully utilize and engage with RTA Software. The Customer Success Manager plays a key part in the success of our company and our clients.

Specifically for this job, someone who:

• Is comfortable working with clients via phone and zoom meetings.
• Has 2+ years of Customer Success Experience.
• Experience in a SaaS environment with B2B customers.

Bonus points for:

• Fleet management experience.

Qualifications

OK, the boring HR part of the job posting that looks like every other posting out there, but it’s necessary:

• At least 2 years of work experience in either Fleet Management OR At least 2 years’ experience working in a SaaS organization in a customer facing role.
• Basic proficiency in MS office products and CRM Software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-directed while also being team oriented
• Good follow-up skills, adaptability to process changes, and a strong sense of ownership.

Total compensation for the role is between $65k and $80k, depending on experience. This is a full time, in office role.
