What You’ll Do as a Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission. You will work closely with individuals and families, guiding them through educational resources and providing support to help them achieve their financial and housing goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Providing guidance on topics such as foreclosure prevention, homeownership opportunities, budgeting, rental assistance, financial literacy, career preparation, and credit/debt management.
• Acting as a resource for clients, ensuring they have access to the tools and information they need to succeed.
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client success.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to track client progress and outcomes.
