In this role, you will oversee the relationships and strategic management of key mid-market accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience from onboarding to renewals is seamless. Your focus on customer retention and growth will drive success, while your consultative approach will help clients maximize the value of our platform. Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client accounts.
  • Own the entire post-sale lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Use client data and analytics to track account health and tailor success strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and communicating insights.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Success in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organization levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience in team settings, contributing to broader team success.
