Position Summary The Customer Success Manager – Small Accounts owns the day-to-day experience for a portfolio of business accounts on the Andavo platform. This is a technically hands-on role: you will serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, managing travel program configuration, driving platform adoption, and ensuring travel management goals are supported at every step.
