Accountabilities
- Own and manage assigned health plan accounts as the primary point of contact for customer success.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, handling escalations and difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and resolve complex client issues, ensuring timely outcomes.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by identifying opportunities and risks.
- Represent the customer internally, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise or complex customer accounts in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Preferred healthcare industry experience; strong soft skills and leadership presence.
