As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our sale. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
  • Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer experience and share best practices
  • Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
  • Support team and provide information about our products and services to new customers

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
